Shipping Returns Installation

Local Buyers & International Buyers


--Shipping would normally be around 2 weeks depending on the stocks.

--Buyers in Sydney area is free of charge in shipping with scheduled time. 

--For interstate buyers in Australia. Shipping fee may apply depending on the stocks. We use Australia Post and TOLL as our logistics partners.

--For international buyers, the extra shipping fee may be charged depending the location of the stocks. Normally there is little chance that a small number of items would be charged import duty and tax. However, there is no guarantee if there is the import duty and sales tax being applied. International buyers need to be aware of the extra costs that may imply on each purchase.

Return Policy

We make the best efforts to quality control all items prior to dispatch. Before handover to customer, we will check the products making sure products are not faulty.

In the case that something is faulty or damaged, we only accept returns if the products have major quality issues, such as coating cracks, buckle or clip damages and lighting failure etc. Buyers could ship products back to a return address at their expense with a reliable and trackable return service, as Karbel Australia will not take responsibility for any returns lost or damaged in transit.

Please return all items in their original condition; unworn, unused, unwashed with original package, and returns are accepted at the discretion of our team.

Once we confirm that issues as quality issues, we may refund the price and shipping cost. Karbel Australia reserve the right to explain the return policy.


Most of the items are not hard to install and could be done by yourselves, or buyers can find your local automobile services providers to install. However, we still developing relationship with some installers in Sydney area.
